Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as Raphella is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

PRE ORDER ITEMS
If your order includes a pre order item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Please note that pre order dispatch dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production timelines, supplier delays, shipping delays or circumstances outside our control.
If your order includes both in stock and pre order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Express shipping refers to the delivery method selected at checkout. Please note that express shipping does not guarantee same day dispatch. Your order will still need to be processed and packed before it is handed over to the delivery provider.
